Mount Wise is a Community Primary School for children aged 3-11 and is maintained by Plymouth City Council. There are six classes in the main building and a purpose built Foundation Stage building in the school grounds, which hosts the Nursery Unit and Foundation Class. The school also has a field, a hall, a utlility classroom, Special Needs room, library, ICT suite and learning bays for group learning. We are well equipped with modern ICT resources, in no small part due to DRCP. We also run a Breakfast Club and a variety of after-school clubs.

Mount Wise Family Rooms project, which is also found in the Foundation Stage building, runs a range of adult education courses and is served by the Dizzy Dinosaurs creche. See the School Community section's Links for Families page to find out more.
