Generous Book Donation
Tue 24 Feb 2026SD Solution kindly donated a bundle of STEM books to school this morning, which were gratefully received by the pupil librarians, Mrs. Allchurch and Mr.Booth. These will go into our ever-growing library stock for all the children to enjoy.

Guest Readers
Thu 12 Feb 2026Today, the children were treated to guest readers from other classes, who read them a poem or story. This is part of our reading for pleasure focus across the school as we dive deeper into the National Year of Reading. It was lovely to see the enthusiastic listening from all the children.

Bethany Finnimore Visits Robins, Woodpeckers and Puffins
Thu 12 Feb 2026Yesterday, the talented local author, Bethany Finnimore, visited Robins, Woodpeckers and Puffins to read her new book, Tank the Toothfairy. The classes were enthusiastic listeners and loved the story.
