This morning, Robins attended a huge teddy bear's picnic at Foulston Park, where they had food and games with other foundation classes from around the city along with Pilgrim Pete and Plymouth Argyle coaches.

Over the past two sessions in DT, Kestrels have been learning how to make pastry for pasties and dough for scones, creating delicious cheese and potato pasties as well as scrumptious cheese scones. Teamwork and resilience were on full display.
Over the past two days, Year 6 have visited the historic Saltram House and its grounds to learn all about conservation, farming and the upkeep of historically significant places.
This morning, Robins class visited the delightful Devonport library, where they chose new books to take home and they also heard a story read to them by the librarian.
Plymouth Argyle came and taught Kestrels class all about their new initiative, Joy of Moving, where the importance of balance in diet and exercise was explained through a range of activities. Local MP, Luke Pollard, also attended to witness our fantastic partnership with Argyle in action.
Today, Magpies were visited by the local police community support officers to talk about good behaviour and anti-social behaviour, as well as the impact these choices have on the local community.
